YogaSoul in Eagan Center offers courses for the day without the support of the Community targets for health and wellness for New Year

YogaSoul center in Eagan offers free day of classes, meals and entertainment as a way of returning to the community. The event will also provide participants the opportunity to sample a variety of classes for a step that may contribute to the promotion of wellness and fitness goals for 2012

Annual Free Day will be held January 7 starts at 8:00 of hatha yoga class, which was completed in 4 hours, 45 minutes of meditation Falun. The center will offer teachers 45-minute classes during the day, includin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, yoga, laughter and much more.


Free

day started because I wanted to return to the community on a regular basis, offering a free class for all those involved throughout the day, the owner YogaSoul TARIS Parish. This is also a way for people to check out the new studio, meet the teachers, and connect with others just to have fun.


More than 150 people usually

Visit free day, which comes in September. Food will be available, and discounts and passes classes and healing sessions and Pilates equipment.

What is the best exercise/ fitness gym routine for a nocturnal person like me without developing muscles?

I am working in a call center. I am in a night shift. I also drink slimming coffee and diet pills but none seems to be working. :) . I am planning to enroll in a fitness gym but I think I can only have sessions during my day-offs usually Saturday and Sunday. I also just would like to lose weight and not develop hard muscles. Thanks.
