People started to turn their backs on the big gyms. Old school fitness training methods are becoming more popular with increased demand for military boot camp and a simple body exercises.

I am very “old school” when it comes to the use of weight training and strength training workouts. In this modern era of too much emphasis is place with style over substance when it comes to getting fit. People join trendy gyms, wear fashionable clothes, the latest drink sports drinks, and ripped often hope to achieve in the short term. I prefer old school approach, and therefore believe that simple exercises, basic, which are proven to increase strength and fitness. These are exercises that will ever taught in school activities physical fitness and military training is a great school, dance and martial arts schools today.

Circuit Training

I think circuit training is one of the best ways to get an all-round fitness and strength. Most intense circuit training I ever had was a large hall inside, “station” where the exercises are different. There usually involves weight or very little. Exercises usually include:
