I have dark brown hair about shoulder length, i would like to get a sort of side fringe?

Shoulder length with fringe is the most anyone has pictures emoish or any sort of hairstyle?

What can I do to my hair with root-touch-up black colour when the rest of my hair is brown with blonde fringe?

I’ve got a root-touch-up kit (black) from when my hair was black but I didn’t use it.

Now my hair is brown shoulder length with a blonde fringe and a small blonde streak randomly placed under my ear.

I’m pretty crazy with hair colours but I don’t want to look stupid. Can you suggest how I can use the kit, and link to photos of what you mean, please?
