Hey dude your gonna get your self a overkill.
You train biceps and triceps twice a week like that.
Because when u train ur back u auto train ur biceps to.
Best thing to do is:
day 1: chest + triceps
day 2: rest ( you need 36 hours of muscle rest! very important )
day 3: back + biceps
day 4: rest
day 5: Shoulder + legs
day 6: cardio or rest ( its up to you )
day 7: rest
try bodybuilding*com ( nice forum )

hey scoot, im 14 and me back is kind of weak. i i can do close grip pull ups but not wide grip. can u help me strengthen it. i also cant go to the gym regularly because mii cousin moved and he always used to take me. thanks

MONDAY – biceps and chest
TUESDAY – back and triceps
WEDNESDAY – rest
THURSDAY – traps and shoulders
FRIDAY – legs
SATURDAY – cardio
SUNDAY – rest

@skinni45 Yeah, his form is off so he’s not hitting his lats at all. Like the first “lat pulldown” exercise he pulls the weight down in front of him, not to his chest with an arched back.
